Young Adult Homeless Ministry

Our Ministry

Catholic Charities of South Carolina partners with the Young Adult group at the Cathedral of John the Baptist and the Campus Ministry at the College of Charleston to make sandwiches and distribute to the neighbors on the streets of Charleston. This ministry of encounter brings more than just a meal to our neighbors, it brings an opportunity for prayer and friendship with those in need.

The Cathedral Young Adult Hands and Feet of Jesus Ministry begins at 5:00pm in the Cathedral Parish Hall with sandwich making followed by 5:30 - 6:30pm distribution in downtown Charleston.
