Who can receive help at Catholic Charities?​

We serve people of all nationalities, religions, and immigration statuses. You do not need to be Catholic to receive our services.

​

 

Do the services have any cost?

Yes, we do charge a nominal fee to cover administrative expenses for our services. However, we work to keep costs affordable and, in some cases, we may offer discounts or financial assistance based on the individual’s financial situation. You will always be informed of the cost before starting any process.

Are your representatives legally authorized to provide immigration services?

Yes. Our team includes two (2) attorneys and four (4) representatives accredited by the Department of Justice (DOJ), authorized to provide legal assistance on immigration matters.

​

 

How can I make an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment by calling our office. We recommend calling in advance, as appointments fill up quickly.

​

 
Can you help me if I have a court hearing?

We do not offer representation in immigration court. If your situation requires representation, we will try to connect you with an attorney who can assist you.
